Who can buy from Creatreats.com?

To place orders on the website and view product prices, you need a registered user account. If you don't yet have a user account, you can register here .

Please note that a corporate email address is required and personal emails will not be accepted for user registration.

Is there a minimum order?

There is no minimum order to place an order on the website. Remember that only registered users can place an order.

What is the shipping cost?

All orders placed through the website include free shipping with no minimum purchase required.

Where can I buy it from?

We ship to all of Spain (including the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) and Portugal.

How can I see product prices on the website?

To view product prices and place orders, you need a user account. If you don't already have one, you can register here.

What is the delivery time for my order?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email at your registered email address. Creatreats will inform you of your order's dispatch date within 24-72 business hours via email.

Please note that, depending on product availability, the order dispatch time may be up to 20 working days.

When will I receive the invoice?

The order invoice will be sent to you via email from facturacion@creatreats.com along with the order delivery note.

I can't find the product I want. Where can I order it?

If you are looking for a product reference from our suppliers and cannot find it on our website, please contact us directly by email at info@creatreats.com

How can I modify my order?

If you need to modify your order, please contact us directly by email at info@creatreats.com indicating your order number and the desired modification.

Please note that once the delivery date of the order has been confirmed, it can no longer be modified.

How long does it take to validate my access to the website?

Once you have completed and submitted the new user registration form, the Creatreats team will review it internally, and you will receive registration confirmation within 24-72 hours. Once you receive confirmation, you can log in to our website with your credentials and order all our products.

Can my delivery address be different from my billing address?

Yes, if your delivery address is different, you can modify the details in each order or save a favorite delivery address.

PAYMENTS

What payment methods are available?

Order payments will be processed via bank transfer outside of the website. Registered users have the option to make the
Payment via SEPA direct debit. Details will be provided for this last option.

Why don't I see the option to pay by SEPA direct debit?

For new users, SEPA Direct Debit payments will be available after placing a minimum of 3 prepaid orders. If you have already placed more than 3 orders and this payment option is not available, please contact us at info@creatreats.com
