Benefits:

Evicare® GB is a 100% natural oil-in-water (O/W) co-emulsifier and thickener. It adds body and texture to emulsions by crystallizing within the emulsion and forming a network between the oil droplets. Furthermore, it reduces the surface tension between water and oil, facilitating the emulsification process, similar to other long-chain glyceryl monoesters. Thanks to its very long carbon chain (C-22), it is more effective and imparts a distinctive character to the cream.

Applications:

Evicare® GB is added to the hot aqueous phase, as it requires melting to activate. Mix thoroughly before adding the oil phase and proceeding with the homogenization process.
