Benefits:

A broad-spectrum preservative blend that combines the efficacy of two boosting agents with the aromatic alcohol phenylpropanol. Caprylyl glycol, a well-known booster, also provides moisturizing properties, acting as an effective skin-conditioning agent. The second component, glyceryl caprylate, is a recognized penetration enhancer, which can facilitate the transport of active ingredients to deeper layers of the skin. The third active ingredient, phenylpropanol, is a potent fungicide with a light floral note.

Applications:

This liquid, pH-independent preservative blend can be used in emulsions. Solubilizers may be necessary in aqueous systems and surfactant-based formulations.
