Furthermore, it enhances the effectiveness of preservative systems by improving ingredient solubility and reducing water activity.

Evicide® Propanediol is obtained through a non-pathogenic fermentation process, which reduces CO₂ emissions by up to 90%. Instead of using carbohydrates derived from GMO corn, it uses non-GMO glycerin as a raw material, making it a particularly sustainable option for environmentally friendly formulations.

Applications:

Evicide® Propanediol is highly versatile and ideal for use in creams, lotions, serums, and other personal care formulations. It can replace conventional glycols, improving skin compatibility and formulation stability. Simply add it to the aqueous phase under agitation or heat up to 80°C if necessary.
