Benefits:

This blend offers potent antimicrobial activity to protect any type of formulation against microbiological deterioration, without the use of phenoxyethanol, MIT, parabens, or other controversial preservatives. The unconventional solvent triethyl citrate not only facilitates its incorporation into cosmetic formulations but also allows Evicide® TB 8 to be used as a solvent for active ingredients.

Applications:

Suitable for both rinse-off and leave-on formulations. Antimicrobial efficacy is highest at pH below 6.0; however, at higher use concentrations, around 1.5%, it is possible to work at pH up to 7.0.
